LinkedIn
is a social networking tool. The value of someone knowing you viewed their
LinkedIn Profile is that this person may want to know more about you and maybe
they will engage with you in some positive way.
I fail to
understand why people for months have been viewing my profile in private; I
totally fail to understand the need. If you are looking at me as a potential candidate or employee
then I would like to know so that I can sell myself. If you are an ex employer it is water under the bridge I don't
work there anymore what could possibly be of interest?

If you are an ex employer, I am going to start a campaign to request LinkedIn to remove this feature.
If anyone can explain the need for this feature calls me or emails me and explains.
I feel like I am being stalked, does anyone else feel this way.
